hi everyone Trayce here we have got a float at our carnival and our insurers are first night the same as you graham recommended them ,we have just had a letter from them saying while we are on the float we will have NO PUBLIC LIABILITY COVER and robert israel at first night said many companys dont realise that they have no public liability in place as it is illegal because of the road traffic act ,the company donating the use of the float MUST have told there insurers that it is being used for the event and they should have public liability cover for the time you are on the float just wondered if you were aware of this because we werent hope everyone o.k love TRAYCEX
